I have been absolutely amazed by Carl's service. First of all he gave me a fair price to install a new boiler. Everything was done as agreed in terms of the deadline and quality. The deadline was extremely important. This was a property I just bought and was supposed to move in as my rental agreement was coming to an end. All the above is already shouting that this was a great service. What happened down the line is that I have started experiencing issues with the heating and boiler pressure. I am not sure whether other heating engineers would provide you with the support via phone and text as Carl did, however this was highly appreciated. Carl showed up at my place checked the system and discovered an issue with the work done by another tradesman. I will spare you the details but the main thing is that Carl rectified the other person's mistake. Basically, if you are looking for someone reliable, professional and positive Carl is the guy.
